Sales Policy

As an election supplier, it is our responsibility to uphold the integrity and security of elections in any manner in which we are capable. As such, we reserve the right to refuse sale of any and all products to any buyer who is not acting in an official capacity as an officer of a U.S. or Canadian elections office or to any buyer who is not working with those offices for official election purposes. Additionally, we only accept Purchase Orders from government election offices or from approved distributing partners. Lastly, we do not sell our products to individuals, only government election offices or approved distributing partners. If you are not acting on behalf of a government election office, your order will be immediately canceled.

Warranty Policy

Intab gives a 1-year limited warranty on all purchases made at stock prices except PPE items. This warranty does not apply to any purchases made through competitive bids (RFQ, RFP, informal 3-quote requests, etc.) at lower pricing unless expressly stated. Our limited warranty covers manufacturer defects only, and it does not cover issues due to normal wear & tear or issues due to improper usage. PPE items (i.e. any item in our COVID-19 Protective Products department) are sold with a 15-day limited warranty and are non-returnable.

What does our limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty applies to new Intab products purchased from Intab directly or through an approved distributor/dealer. Intab warrants that a covered product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from use, misuse, accident, modification or alteration, tampering, unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specifications, improper storage, improper maintenance, or failure caused by a product for which Intab is not responsible. There is no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. There is no warranty for loss of data. There is no warranty for product with removed or altered identification labels. There is no warranty of electronic device operability within your usage environment. There is no warranty for any items purchased through governmental competitive bidding processes, including (but not limited to) RFQ's, RFP's, and informal 3-quote requests.
