Returns

Please contact us by phone or email to set-up a Return. Under certain conditions a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply for returned items. Please follow the steps below to request a return.

Easy Steps for an Easy Return: 

1) Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Intab, LLC by calling or emailing us.

2) You will receive an email which contains a product return address. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process.

3) Make sure that the item you are returning is packed within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

4) Prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned.

* Returned products that are not authorized or acceptable for restocking will be shipped back to you at your expense. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the initial purchase and are only accepted if the product is still in new and resellable condition.
