Shipping Terms & Conditions

Intab negotiates the best possible shipping and handling prices for our customers. To support our customers' shipping needs we provide a variety of shipping options including Residential Ground, Commercial Ground, Commercial 3 Day Air, Commercial 2 Day Air and Commercial Next Day Air delivery options for most locations and items. Freight services may also be used for larger orders or larger items. Please note that no shipping service timeframe is guaranteed by Intab.

Selecting Shipping Options

Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days. You will have an opportunity to provide us with your deadline date and/or special instructions prior to completing your order. Delivery times as stated below are in business days for the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. and do not include order processing time.

Residential Ground - Normally delivered in 1 to 5 business days by 5pm or earlier after the 1-5 day processing time. This shipping choice is only allowed as a pre-approved shipping method and additional fees will apply.

Commercial Ground - Normally delivered in 1 to 5 business days by 5pm or earlier after the 1-5 day processing time

Commercial 3 Day - Delivered by the 3rd business day by 5pm or earlier after the 1-5 day processing time

Commercial 2 Day Air - Delivered by the 2nd business day by 5pm or earlier after the 1-5 day processing time

Commercial Next Day Air - Delivered the next business day by 5pm or earlier after the 1-5 day processing time

Commercial shipping methods are only available to select commercial and governmental addresses. All orders placed selecting commercial shipping to residential addresses will be canceled with no notice. Additional shipping charges will apply where incomplete addresses are provided and our shipping service (i.e. UPS) necessitates an address correction. No shipping method is guaranteed for delivery for any specific timeline.

Ground shipments over 150 pounds may ship via common carrier truck.

All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
